Pirin Golf & Country Club is a 5-star international resort, which offers vacation properties and luxurious trading areas for sale and rent and manages a top-level golf club at the same time.
The properties of Pirin Golf & Country Club represent three residential districts – Downtown, Lake and Pirin. The allocation reminds of the typical structure of a town with its busy trading area and the different residential districts.
Downtown District
is the very heart of the Pirin Golf & Country Club. It is the busiest place in the entire Razlog valley with the finest selection of restaurants and bars, appealing to both local and foreign tourists. The district has a central position north of the internal road, next to the Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA *****/opening soon/. The colorful buildings form an internal space with beautifully designed lanes, square with art fountain and pedestrian access to all vital commercial areas of the resort.
Theme restaurants representing the European cuisine - Greek, Italian, French, Irish, Russian, Cafeterias & bars, Shops, gallery and hair-dressers, Ski storage and rental office, Kid’s playground, Dentists’ & medical centre, dry cleaning, pharmacy, photo, bank and travel agency, will be also available for the guests.
The downtown district consists of several buildings with a wide range of apartments - from studio to two- bedroom apartment, facing either the signature Ian Woosnam golf course or the Pirin Mountains.

The Lake District
is situated on the northern side of the Internal Pirin Golf road. Due to its unique location between Downtown and Ian Woosnam golf course The Lake is considered to be the most luxurious district in Pirin Golf & Country Club. It consists of 2 apartment buildings, called the Towers, and 12 detached villas.
The Towers are the tallest buildings in the complex. The view from the apartments is unmatched, especially the one from the upper floor apartments which enjoy the whole Razlog valley and all three mountains - Rila, Pirin and Rhodoppes.
The villas are developed in two principal levels with private gardens and terraces facing 15th hole on Ian Woosnam Golf course. Their location offers direct view over the lakes filled with crystal-clear mountain water. Each villa includes 3 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace.
Pirin III District
is located south of the internal Pirin Golf & Country Club road amidst pine trees. It is at walking distance from Downtown, but still offers some privacy and comfort.
It consists of six apartment sections, unified in three small identical buildings. The access to each building section is directly from the road. The surrounding area is beautifully landscaped with facing courtyards, recreation areas and pools.
The buildings are developed in three principal levels with cozy attic floor in addition. The ground floor level features garages and lovely south facing apartments with private gardens. Another benefit are the two private pools, Jacuzzi, sun beds and umbrella available exclusively for the Pirin Golf owners and guests. During the summer period one can enjoy our outdoor SPA centre in Eco style with massages and sauna.
