The facade of the hotel, its interior and our unique SPA centre
are designed by the architects Georgi Katov and Viara Jelqzkova. The
river boulders in the Lobby Bar create atmosphere of harmony with nature
and comfort which makes Villa Roka different from the other hotels in
Bansko.
The hotel is within minutes drive from the main lift station and
during the winter period there is a free shuttle to and from. The
location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the old part of town
which offers a lot of history, narrow cobblestone streets and

The restaurant at SPA Hotel Villa Roka can accommodate up to 100 people and offers a classic, stylish setup for unforgettable food experience.
Our restaurant is a pleasant place for your

have a dedicated private room with 16 place, which can be used for business meetings or presentations.
The restaurant offers a wide choice of hot and cold starters, classical Italian dishes and a well balanced selection of wine and beverages. The perfect menu, combined with our wine selection,

Spa Center
It all starts in the Belgium town Spa. The first SPA
resort has been established there during the time of the Roman Empire.
Later in between XV-XVI sentries the water treatments become very
