Hotel Smilen lies in a breathtaking location, surrounded by the fascinating landscape of the Rhodopes Mountain at the altitude of 1345 m. The site is 220 km away from Sofia and 120 km from Plovdiv.
The hotel is located just 5 km away from the city of Smolyan, yet away from traffic, in a quiet and sunny location at the south foot of Snejanka peak – the famous Smolyan lakes area.

Accommodation:
Smilen hotel can welcome up to 45 guests in its 17 double guest rooms and one apartment (36 main and 9 additional beds). Most of the rooms provide a sitting area and an additional bed is available. Three of them are with fireplaces. All rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding meadow, lake and rocks.
The rooms are placed in the main building, second and third floors, beautifully appointed and tastefully furnished with modern conveniences - all the comforts you need for a relaxing escape. All the rooms are sunny, facing south with lovely view.
If you prefer more privacy, Smilen hotel offers lodge rooms, all with private entrance.These rooms are just a short outdoor walk to the main building of the hotel.
Suite: Excellent option for a long stay. You could be completely self-dependent. Separate entrance and functional kitchen.

Wine & Dine:
The dining hall and the restaurant’s terrace look out onto lovely views of the Rhodopes ridges. At night, the warmth of a large fireplace and the local hospitality add to the romantic setting of the room.
