On the south beach of the town of Tzarevo – “Nestinarka” beach, on a total area of 7000 sq.m. is situated the newest and magnificent ‘South Beach’ complex. It borders on “the old town” – the residential district of “Vasiliko”
The complex is only 70 kilometers away from Burgas airport and a
perfect road is connecting them, half of which is a highway. The time
for the transfer is no more than 1 hour. 150 meters away from the
complex is the first-class road to Istanbul, to where regular excursions
are organized. There is a pedestrian alleyway and transportation from
the hotel to the center of the town and surroundings.
The biggest and largest natural park in Bulgaria is here –
“Strandzha”, where the very small and romantic inlets at the Black Sea
coast, the forest hills of the Strandzha Mountain and the still water of
the Cherna River combine in a unique way. This is the only one of its
kind – at the foot of the mountain, where the unique heathen tradition
is preserved – the Nestinari dances over a fire.
Description
The newly built apartment-hotel combines in its architecture the Bulgarian national style with a modern internal design, and with the real beauty of nature. “South Beach” consists of three buildings: Blocks 1, 2 and 3, with 150 apartments and studios in total, each one with an area of 50-100 sq.m. and more. Most of the apartments have a view to the sea and the pool.
The interior has a ‘luxury’ standard. The apartments consist of: a dining-room, a living-room, a bedroom, a spacious balcony and a kitchenette, which is equipped with a fridge. There is a bathtub and a hair-drier in each bathroom.
Boredom is unfamiliar in the complex – for the children and for the water entertainment fans an open-air swimming pool and a daytime bar is available, for the connoisseurs of good food – an inside and an open-air restaurant, and many more conveniences are available.
The spacious and evergreen garden of the complex takes you just next to the sea alleyway and to the beach.
