Brewery
On the area of 200 sq. m. there is an own brewery located, producing "live" beer.
The art of making beer is as old as it is kneading bread.
What the “live” beer really represents? Unlike ordinary beer, the “live” one is not filtered beer, as this way a part of the brewer’s yeast is kept. “Live” beer does not know any process of pasteurization or any preservatives. It keeps the fresh taste of malt and hops, but it seems kind of a thick and turbid.
The process of manufacture, installation and brewing can be observed directly from bistro "Brown", which welcomes you with elegant atmosphere, selected meals, a selection of wines and branded drinks.
Besides in the restaurant, you can also buy beer "Gallagher" for home!
Bar - Club Gallery

Meat your friends and guests on a cup of freshly brewed beer "Gallagher" and beery spicy grill in the modern decorated hall “Gallagher” overlooking the brewery.
For those who appreciate the refined style, simple shapes and minimalism, the “Classic” hall of bistro “Brown” will offer culinary specialty, tempting desserts and selected list of French wines from winery estate "Paul Herpe" and Bulgarian wines from Winery Estate "Dargomir".
A little bit of history
Own brewery, Italian furniture and oak flooring, large attic space as a Gothic cathedral, a stone facade and .... large industrial brick chimney. These are the hallmarks of fhe family hotel "Ventura" in Asparuhovo destrict..
And what does the brick chimney do? It stands there by the end of year 1940. Then the building was built for the neighborhood as a steam generator - the Soviet model. It was serving 19 blocks in which lived specialists involved in the construction of the Varna Shipyard. In those times the steam generator with its smoking chimney was a symbol of the industrial revolution.
Today the reconstructed building is a symbol of revolution in tourism. The building was abandoned 30 years ago. A massive reconstruction continued from 2006 to 2008. The external brick walls are 50 cm thick. A new bearing structure was created. Every floor level was built from scratch and the roof was completely replaced. The facade of the building is covered with stone and above all this picture rises the brick chimney. It is now used for ventilation. The interior of the hotel is of Italian oak flooring and doors, granite and marble, ceramics and wrought iron. Overall solution for the interior is in the style of contrasting lightness - light wood tones on the floor and cladding elements, and ease in the elements of furnishing.
The hotel is part of the ensemble of these Russian 19-storey residential buildings located on the south coast of channel sea – lake in Asparuhovo.
